Do you offer a free trial?+
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can import cases, set up notifications, and see exactly how it fits your workflow before committing.
What counts as an "active case"?+
An active case is any USCIS case currently being monitored for status changes. Archived or closed cases don't count toward your limit. You can move cases in and out of active monitoring any time.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current period.
How do WhatsApp notifications work?+
We send updates to your clients via the official WhatsApp Business API using your firm's branded sender. Your clients receive updates automatically when a case status changes — no opt-in friction. WhatsApp messaging is included at standard volumes on Office and Custom plans.
What if I go over my case limit?+
We'll notify you before you hit the limit. You won't be cut off or charged surprise fees — you can either upgrade or archive cases you're no longer actively monitoring.
Do you replace my case management software?+
No. CaseTracker works alongside Docketwise, INSZoom, LawLogix, Clio, or whatever you use today. We focus specifically on automated USCIS tracking and client notifications — the parts your case management software doesn't fully handle.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share client data, and all USCIS checks happen on our infrastructure — your clients' information never leaves our secure environment.
