Humanitarian immigration

Long humanitarian cases. Nothing slips through.

U visa, T visa, VAWA and asylum cases can wait years, then move suddenly, often with a work permit, a bona fide determination or an RFE. CaseTracker checks each receipt daily for the whole wait and alerts your team when something changes.

Why humanitarian cases are different

Years of silence, then a change you can't miss.

Very long waits

Humanitarian backlogs can run for years. Cases nobody has looked at in months are the easiest to lose track of.

Many linked filings

A U visa case can include the principal's I-918, I-918As for family members and work permit applications.

Vulnerable clients

Clients may move, change numbers or be hard to reach. The firm needs to know first.

How it works

Tracking humanitarian caseloads

  1. 01

    Import every receipt

Principal and derivative filings, plus related I-765s and I-131s, from one spreadsheet.

  2. 02

    Checked daily, for years

Every active case is checked each day for as long as it's open, with nothing to remember.

  3. 03

    Alerts when it matters

Work permit approvals, RFEs, approvals and denials go to the staff handling them.

FAQ

Questions firms ask us

Can we track I-918 and I-918A filings?+

Yes. Any filing with a USCIS receipt number can be tracked, including principal and derivative U visa petitions.

Are asylum cases supported?+

Affirmative I-589 filings and related work permit applications that have a USCIS receipt number can be tracked. Cases in immigration court are not covered.

Who can see our cases?+

Only members of your firm's CaseTracker account. Status alerts go only to staff, and clients are contacted only if your firm sets up a reminder for them.

What if a case doesn't change for years?+

It keeps being checked daily for as long as it's active, at no extra effort for your team.

Can we try it before paying?+

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial for up to 20 cases, no credit card needed. Plans after that are $100 a month for up to 120 active cases and $150 a month for up to 400, with custom pricing above that.

Watch every case for as long as it takes.
